About order flow
1. Completion of ordering
The customer orderes the product and the payment is completed.
The payment is only online payment, and the order is confirmed when the payment is completed.
* Customers who wish to transfer bank transfer should select a payment (Pedi).
2. Order confirmation email
RADBLUE will send an order confirmation email to the registered e -mail address.
Because it is sold at other stores, there are rarely cases where stock cannot be secured. In that case, we will notify you of the out -of -stock information later.
3. Product shipping
Normal orders except reserved products will be shipped within the day by ordering until 13:00. (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
The source of the product is Aichi Prefecture.
In addition, we will contact you if you are delayed due to defective missing items.
4. Shipping completion email
RadblueThe e -mail of the shipping completion will be distributed to the registered e -mail address. We will also contact you with the shipping company about the tracking number.
5. Arrival of the product
When the product arrives, please check the product. In the unlikely event that it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days after arrival.
If there is no problem, I would be grateful if you could review the product after purchase from the product page.
About payment method
This site supports the following payment methods.

- The payment date is up to 10 days for convenience store payments and bank transfer. In the case of an account transfer, it will be withdrawn to the 12th*. However, January and May may be 20 days*.
- A fee will be charged for each monthly payment (claim) depending on the payment method. In the case of a convenience store payment, the customer will be responsible for 356 yen (tax included), and in the case of bank transfer. In the case of account transfer, there is no payment fee.

About delivery / shipping
Product
Except for reserved items, if you usually order regularly, you will be shipped on the day by ordering until 13:00 on weekdays.After that, it will be shipped on the next business day (not including Saturdays and Sundays).

Delivery shipping: Nationwide shipping 600 yen (excluding Okinawa and Hokkaido)
Customers who purchase more than 7,000 yen in one order will be free shipping.
1200 yen for delivery to Okinawa and Hokkaido

- We do not deliver overseas.
- We use a dedicated order management system so that we can quickly ship it to customers. Cancellation or ordering items may already be completed after ordering, and you may not be able to accept it (in time). Thank you for your understanding.
About cancellation
After ordering, please note that we cannot basically accept returns and cancellations for customer's convenience.
About return / exchange conditions
If you can contact us within 7 days after the product arrives, we will replace it with new products only if the initial defective product is found.
In addition, we will bear the round -trip shipping fee due to initial failure and damage.
